FastTrac Planning
The FastTrac® PlanningTM program works with existing business owners on planning, researching and evaluating the strategic growth and operational aspects of their business. The 45-hour program culminates in the development of a viable business plan by each entrepreneur. The eleven session FastTrac® II course addressed the management team, legal issues, market analysis and research, market penetration tactics, understanding and managing financial documents, traditional and alternative money sources, and negotiations.
Each Administrator sets the locations, dates and tuition for their programs. Interested parties should contact the Administrator closest to him for the dates of the next FastTrac® class. Cost will vary from location to location due to the costs required to deliver the program at a particular site. The approximate per student costs range from $400 - $600 per class.
Because of assistance provided by ECD and local administrators the charges to participants will be significantly less. Nonetheless, it is expected that all participants make a financial commitment to the program prior to registering.
