In addition, ECD's work is grounded in the principle of collaboration. Working with other institutions that have similar goals is one way ECD leverages its resources to expand services to economically distressed parts of the region.
Undertaking efforts with public, private, and nonprofit organizations allows ECD to accomplish things that could never be achieved alone. These partnerships translate into benefits such as greater access to capital, more affordable housing, better health care and stronger communities.
